Claire is an award-winning playwright and actress from Bristol. She studied English at Oxford University before training in the first all-female cohort of the National Youth Theatre.

 

She is co-artistic director of Wonderbox and an associate artist of The Space Theatre. Her stage credits include Burn The Curtain’s  ‘Company of Wolves’, Alice Knight’s ‘Ghost Dance’, and ‘A Womb of One’s Own’ which headlined the Playmill Festival at The King’s Head Theatre, Islington.

 

TV and Film credits include Joe Aherne’s ‘B&B’ and the Amazon Prime Drama ‘The Looming Tower’. Claire will be starring in a revival of ‘A Womb of One’s Own’ at The Pleasance during this year’s Edinburgh Fringe.

 

She is excited to be part of a brand new creative adventure in The Shearing Gang.
